Welcome to Glamulous Clothing

By placing an order through our website, glamulousclothing.in , you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Customer Support

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Window: Exchanges are only valid within 2 days from the date of product delivery.
  • Condition for Exchange: The product must be in its original condition with tags intact and in the original packaging.
  • Types of Exchanges: Exchanges can be made to change the size of the same product or to purchase a different product.
    • If the new product is of a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
    • If the new product is of lesser value, the difference will be credited as a Gift Card/Store Credit.
  • Exchange Fee: A nominal fee of Rs.200/- per product will be charged for all exchanges. The whole amount goes to courier services for their service and store doesn’t charge anything for this service.
  • Unavailable Sizes: If the desired size is unavailable and the customer does not want a different product, a store credit will be issued, minus the exchange fee of Rs.200/- per product. 
  • Store Credit Validity: The store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Why We Charge an Exchange Fee:

We charge an exchange fee to cover the costs associated with processing the exchange, including shipping and handling. This fee helps us maintain the quality of our service while managing operational expenses.

What Is Not Covered in Exchanges:

  • Products purchased on sale are non-exchangeable under any condition.
  • Products that are used, dirty, or without tags will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Failure to provide necessary evidence.

Return/Refund Option : 

 We do not have a free return/refund policy if the customer doesn’t like the product quality. All our products are gone through a rigorous quality review before being put on our platform.

Damaged/Wrong/Incomplete Orders:

  • Unboxing Video Required: If you receive a defective, wrong, or incomplete order, you must provide an unboxing video to request an exchange.
    • The video must show the shipping label, unboxing process without pauses, and any issues with the product.
    • Submit the video within 48 hours of delivery to glamulousclothing@gmail.com or on WhatsApp no +918248854241 or directly in our Instagram DM including your Order ID and reason for exchange.
  • Return Condition: Products must be in unused condition with all original packaging and tags. Used products will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Unboxing Rules for Return and Exchange:

  • Video Requirements: The unboxing video should include:
    • A view of all four sides of the package.
    • Top and bottom views.
    • The entire unboxing process without pauses or cuts.
    • A clear demonstration of the damage or number of items after opening the package.
  • Submission: Video must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Only genuine issues will be entertained.

Pickup for Size Exchange:

Our team will reach out on your phone number to confirm the exchange requirements and upon agreeing to the changes a payment link for the return pick and reshipping fee (200/- per product) will be sent on your phone number or email. Post payment, depending upon the availability of pick up facility on your PINCODE reverse pickup will be arranged within 2-3 working days by our courier partner. If pick up facility is not available on your PINCODE, you'll need to courier the product(s) to our warehouse through IndiaPost Registered Post Service and reimbursement of Rs.75/- as courier charges will be applicable.

Dispatch of Exchange Product:

Please note that the exchange product will be dispatched only after we receive the returned parcel at our warehouse and complete a quality check. This process ensures that the returned item meets our return standards and allows us to promptly dispatch your replacement. Shipping details for the exchanged product will be sent directly to you via email and phone number.

Pickup Failure:

Three attempts will be made to pick up the order. If pickup fails on the third attempt, the request will be marked as failed. To re-initiate pickup, please send a WhatsApp text to +918248854241.

Fraudulent Behavior:

Glamulous Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order deemed inappropriate or fraudulent. Orders canceled due to fraudulent behavior will not be refunded.

Return & Exchange Process:

You can reach out to us on our Email : Glamulousclothing@gmail.com, WhatsApp : +918248854241, Instagram : glamulous_clothing, share all the necessary details like order ID, Full name, phone number and reason for exchange. Also include necessary evidence in case of damaged/defected/wrong product.
